What you need?
1. cm-Resurrection_Remix_LP_v5.4.0-20150401-n7000.zip. Find it here
2. gapps-lp-20141109-signed.zip
3. philz_touch_6.48.4-n7000.zip

If you are coming from 4.1.2, make sure you had installed philz above and reboot recovery before flashing lollipop.

How to install?
  1. Reboot recovery using Philz Touch above
  2. Full wipe and factory reset
  3. Flash ROM 
  4. Flash Gapps
  5. Reboot.
  6. Enjoy!

It's that easy? YES!

    follow each step but keep rebooting at Resurrection_Remix...any idea why

      Thank you sharing. My note1 now with 5.1 from 4.12 version. So far so good and happy that it is still working with latest rom for my old note 1.

    Thanks..very much...Now running lollipop in Note 1 but one issue is not getting SMSs...getting text...""message stopped responding"...Please help to fix this issue...
