Others. A bit difficult for normal user:
1. KitKat Launcher.

Requirement for KitKat Launcher:
1. Google Now or Google Search
2. Google Play Services

Fix KitKat Google Now Search problem

- Download libgoogle_recognizer_jni.so .

- Replace the file inside /system/lib/ . Root required. Remember to set permission to "rw-r--r--"

- You need to update Google Play Services in order to make KitKat Now works.
- To fix voice search force closing, change language to English
Go to Settings > Language and Input > Language

- Reboot!
