Have you try NEW ICS keyboard? It's cool and simplified version. Kinda like it.

• Simplified keyboard layout
• The height just nice. Bigger room for typing 
• Holding "." will display more special characters that commonly use. @ & + ;  /  (  )  "  '  -  :  !  , ?
• Not optimized for URL and email.Don't have ".com"

• Easy access to Numbers 1 - 0
• Optimized for URL and Email fields
• A bit small keys. Most of the time mistakenly key in "n" and  "."
• Smaller screen for typing, but still look good on big screen note :)
