Don't Panic. This is what you need to do.
1. Reboot Recovery with 3 button (Home + Volumne UP + Power Button)
2. Backup. You have to wait for this......5-10minutes
3. Restore back. You have to wait again
4. Reboot System Now
5. DONE!
After this process, hopefully you will not stuck at the boot screen any more.

it happened to me several times when I using either xxlsa or xxlsc. so in the end I revert back to xxlrt ICS..
Its the running services at the back problem. Now kill all samsung related. It works fine now.
